My art is dedicated to sharing and preserving the compelling stories of Oklahoma’s diverse history.
In preparation for the 2007 Oklahoma Centennial Celebration, I have sculpted a series of notable Oklahomans,
including Father Stanley Rother, Bobby Murcer, Vince Gill, and Rev. Melvin Grant. My upcoming projects include heroic-size sculptures
of Jesse Chisholm, William Coleman, and Sam Walton, among others.
My manufacturing facility, Gooden Specialty Manufacturing, produces art castings featuring cast bronze, pewter,
cold-cast bronze, and hand-painted resin.
We also manufacture pet urns for ShadowCasts™ and fine art pieces for regional artists.
In addition to being an artist, inventor and proprietor, I am a civic leader in the small community of Kingfisher, Okla., where I live with my wife and two children.
